Reed claimed as I suspected. Lets just sign JT Thor to a 3 year unguaranteed deal. We need some more young size and he has a 9’2” reach plus a 35” vertical and athletic as hell. Turns 22 in august.

There's no such thing as a win now draft pick.

Love it when people say that its like wtf is a win now draft in one of the weakest drafts in the last 10 years.Who exactly in this draft fits the win now rookie label

im just saying the arguement that the Bucks would make a trade because they are in 'win now mode' is wrong, its clear they are not thinking that way, they are not operating under a 'giannis clock'

What could possibly give you that impression? Of course they're going all out to win right now.

I like the rookies they drafted and I'm excited to see them play this weekend. As of right now we don't really have a wild card option that could raise the team's ceiling/floor. Who knows? maybe one or both of them get its immediately and is able to play.

Currently we're banking on two min guys and improvement from meh younger players to patch up pretty large holes.

Hard to say what was on the table in a potential trade. Not hard to imagine, given what the 8th pick went for, that they felt the best play was to take whomever they felt was best, regardless of where they landed on the Bleacher Report mock draft.

I'd get comfortable with the current roster if I were you. I'm almost there.

There's a group of young, athletic centers available. Thor, Orlando Robinson, Dominic Barlow, Olivier Sarr. I'd like one on the roster, and one on a 2 way.

After adding DeRozan to their roster, the Kings have not slowed down in their pursuit of more talent. Markkanen remains a player Sacramento is highly interested in, yet the Kings lack the assets needed to pull off a trade for the Jazz star compared to what other teams have offered. Keegan Murray is a player the Jazz are high on, sources said, with the Kings showing zero interest in moving on from the former fourth overall pick.

The Warriors only have the ability to offer two outright first-round picks for Markkaken, which they have done to this point, sources said. Any scenario in which the Dubs would have a chance at landing Markkanen would more than likely require a third team, as Golden State would be attempting to get the Jazz another draft pick or two in a proposal that would include former All-Star wing Andrew Wiggins.

so..... do we like wiggins?

No Wiggins.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Hard to see a trade that makes us better talent wise but simply having someone(s) who are healthy and can stay on the floor would be extremely valuable.

Sure, but he wasn't the one who missed the playoffs the last 2 years.

If Horst doesn't get Lopez moved, then it only brings us back to the brainless move to sign Lopez to a $48 million contract last offseason just to get us torched in the playoffs, and fire us directly in to the 2nd apron.

Offseason isn't over yet, but the clock is ticking louder each day.

Lol I'm being facetious. I've been banging the overhaul this roster drum for years and especially after this year. Unfortunately run it back + 2 minimum guys is probably what we're doing.

I'm pretty hyped for Umuede, we seem to be getting much better at using the 2w.

That he was able to play 11 games in late April and Giannis didn't isn't exactly a massive win. The Bucks did a good enough job managing him through the season but he was still injured and we really don't know how many more games he could've handled had we made it through either first round series.

same. that guy could very easily become a rotation player and we got him for nothing. the last time we had an opportunity like Umude was Bembry. So unfortunate that he had that serious injury. I remember Nets fans were pissed that he was released.

Horst locking in on 3&D with Wright, Prince & Umuede. Really hope he cracks the rotation, looks much better than Marjon on D.
