TBH Bam should be more focused on improving his outside shot and less about past DPOY awards.

The way things are looking ATM, he can't share the court with Ware at all. Neither one of them is showing to be a reliable enough shooter. Bam with a bad offensive game today.

48% from 3 on 2 attempts a game over the last 2 months of the season and I’m sure he’s still working on it, let’s not make assumptions off 1 team USA game where literally no one is playing their usual role

Needed to include a sweetener like Jovic which Mia likely would view to be an overpay

Therefore needed to pursue a bigger deal and try and improve in another area like PF/ wing and make an offer for Kuzma

And if there’s a belief that Herro and Kuzma wouldn’t be able to coexist, they would have to also throw him in the deal and take back Poole



Per sign n trade rules this would need to be broken into 2 transactions but effectively one big deal

Duncan contract sucks plain and simple. I believe the Front Office overvalued Duncan because of the importance of having efficient 3 point shooting/spacing on a team built around Jimmy/Bam. In theory, what Duncan brings to the table on offense is a perfect fit around Jimmy/Bam and the FO fell for it.

A damn second rounder too, when they had used a second rounder the year before on Chad Henne and Chad Pennington was coming off Comeback Player of the Year too. This play-in version of the Heat is reminding me of those Forever 7-9 Dolphin teams mired in perpetual mediocrity.
