Lebron James is the most overrated athlete in sports history

On both the professional and amateur level.

No one comes close.

Fails in Cleveland for 7 years then colludes to create a super team just to win 2 titles and one of them by being completely saved by Ray Allen. Claims at least 8 titles and delivers on 2. And barely at that.

Then goes back to Cleveland and gets saved by Kyrie Irving for another title.

Then goes to LA to win a Mickey Mouse exhibition title and has his company relentlessly promote him as the greatest player of all time.

20 years in the NBA and this guy has no go to move except to complain to the refs.

Empty inflated stats and a manufactured legacy. What kind of GOAT candidate fails on a super team? And to the pension collecting San Antonio Spurs and the massive underdog Dallas Mavericks.

And his biggest achievement of all. Getting completely humiliated and embarrassed by bench warmer Jason Terry and 5 foot 8 inches tall JJ Barea on the underdog Dallas Mavericks in the 2011 NBA finals where he FAILED harder than any superstar in sports history.

He's not even top 10. I can name 15-20 players who would perform better than lebron if they were substituted in his place on the teams he was on.

NBA viewership has declined because of this fraud. The product we are watching now has declined in quality due to this fraud. He's done the least with the most given. Nobody has ever played with as many great players and has repeatedly failed.

This is a very dishonest portion. Yes, he did not win in Cleveland, but who would? That team was poorly run.

Saved by Ray Allen is also a bit dishonest. Miami was down double digits going into the 4th quarter of game 6. LeBron scored 14 in the 4th, while Wade and Bosh were on the bench. Then dominated game 7... while Ray scored 0. 100% saved man!

Then goes back to Cleveland and gets saved by Kyrie Irving for another title.

Again, just because someone masks a post with 2 facts, doesn't mean the whole sentence is true. Yes he went back to Cleveland... and yes he won another titled. But saved? How so? LeBron wins FMVP. The block and the FT to seal the game. Dishonest.

He's dominating with stats at his age. Just look at the history of the game who was putting up these kind of stats at the age of 39?

This is not something normal. LeBron been at this for 2 decades. It's crazy how people continue to take shots at this dude. We can talk about any player in the league but we choose to keep downplaying Lebron's career.

Like I hated LeBron coming up, but after he won his first championship you just realize you can no longer question his game or career. He's a champion at the end of the day. Instead of hating we should be celebrating his greatness for staying elite for 2 straight decades!
