This reminds me of when rookies like LeBron or Blake Griffin play summer league and it looks like they are a full tier or two above the competition. He likely could have easily gone for 30+.

4 for 7, the 3 misses was a last second grenade from the corner, a literal half court heat check, and a very nice relocation 3 (this one I thought was going in for sure lol)

But yeah, he's pretty much showed everything we saw on tape, including some of the negatives (got blown by too many times, inside the arc can be hit or miss.) but I think most people just didn't realize how much of an outlier he was not just shooting wise but just general productivity for a freshman.

He probably won't win ROY because of minutes and role, but boy this could turn out to be a another one of those how the hell didn't everyone think he should go 1 thing.

OKC has better top pieces of youth, such as a legit #1 in SGA that's MVP tier, but in terms of going 10-12 deep with stacked young talent Houston may be #1 in the NBA now.
