I did think during Shaq era he should have got more playing time because he was knock down from 3. I mean between Wade and Shaq he would have got some open shots.
Also, little known fact in high school he was runner up in Mr. Ohio Basketball to Lebron.

I think it's like that pretty much everywhere. Look at list form Florida. Amare Stoudamire was last Allstar and Vince Carter before him. Quinn still played at Notre Dame and played in the NBA for several years. Even bench guys in the NBA are really, really good.
