Agree fast food is in trouble. Prices are nuts. Plus younger generations are a little more aware of eating healthier than my generation. In the 80s and 90s it was nothing but fast food, frozen dinners and high fructose corn syrup on everything, sugar galore.

Just don't look at those big back activities on tik tok. A lot of these chefs on social media are just throwing unhealthy stuff together and selling it as a product because it looks good on video.
Those damn ice cream sandwiches uses cereal as topping are annoying. Diabetes sandwich ice cream lol

I miss having Bojangles around too. but I think people ride a little too hard for stuff like that. just like any chain, depends on which franchise is closest to you. cookout was fine too but I agree, it works best in a specific lane. I do miss me some Raleigh Char-Grill though.

Dwade about to have his own nail line for those interested.
Apparently, this is becoming a trend for grown men to paint their nails. The world has changed so much.

I think he was going to win already, being a felon or not. But yeah this will galvanize the GOP base to turn out for him anyway. Going to be 4 more years of chaos.

I'm staying out of politics for a while. Its just an absolute clownshow. I hope whenever the Dems get back control of the supreme court they'll reverse what those idiots did but that's about it...besides women's bodily autonomy, politics are not worth stressing over. Whoever the president is, republican or democrat, the rich will get richer and poor will get poorer, and nobody really cares including most of the poor, lol

He was going to win anyway. Biden can barely complete full sentences without showing signs of a possible health issue.
Im not into politics, but we are in a bad position no matter who wins. One guy is a criminal and the other looks to be struggling with his age/health.
That's who we have to rely on to lead this country? It's a joke!

I've been trying to tune out too, for my own mental health more than anything.
The politics in this country is an absolute **** show.
If Trump wins, hopefully he doesn't try to take up permanent residence in 4 years time. Which I think there's about a 90% of chance of him doing and a non-0 % chance he actually pulls it off this time around. The other worry is the GOP starts further blurring the line between Church and state, 99% of the abortion/anti-LGBT stuff is religiously motivated laws after all.
The dems have to get better at finding quality candidates though, no reason a younger/diverse party has to keep retreading the same candidates, most of whom are older or been in politics for decades. Biden should've resigned and let Harris run.
I mean, how can it actually be possible to elect Trump... twice? Especially the 2nd time around, when his first term was a circus on steroids. The dems should just run their own TV celebrities, politics is reality TV these days anyway.

The reason why Trump will win twice is because he is a franchise, like if the Lakers, Yankees and Dallas Cowboys were molded together. He has fans. They wear Trump merch. Buy Trump things. They talk about him online, in church, etc. Like high school football its a way of life, and it gives them a sense of community and comraderie. They don't know about his platform, they and don't care frankly....Trump could say "I'm for abortion and womens rights, trans rights, and getting rid of Jesus in schools and banning guns" and Trump voters would say "wow, he's smart, I agree" and still vote/support him. He has a lot of power, which he relishes. He doesn't care about America, just getting richer and his status. But his fanbase doesn't care, because its again their way of life, their identity.
In some ways Trump deserves to win, because Democrats are completely clueless and think winning an election is about political issues, when they are completely wrong and Trump has changed the game. American politics is a sideshow. They should have put up a bigger celebrity that everyone loves and promised free money or something. Biden is not a celebrity. Nobody cares about Biden even Democrat voters.

All good points, I can't disagree with any of them. Hopefully it's not going to be as bad as I imagine it will be.

I'm a pretty open book on this forum in case you guys didn't know. I live in a trailer park. Whomever is the president has quite literally never affected me. I just don't care. What happened today was disgraceful though. I never want to see someone get shot.

Any gym freaks in here?
I'm now consistently benching 225 at 10 reps for 3 sets. Wondering if anyone is on a similar path.

Whats your weight? I weigh 185 and can do that for 5. Maybe 6 if I'm feeling stupid. I turn 40 next month.
