It's Saturday at almost 6 pm. My house hasn't had power for about 128 hours now. Basically six days. Since around 10 on Monday morning.

Holly crap, what happened, was a hurricane or smth, I mean serious question? Cant image being 6 days with no power, i assume you on phone, how do you charge it?

P.S. read follow ups. Ok, it was a storm. Well, I hope they fix up gorbyou soon, do they work on Sundays?

Seems they work Sundays. Came on 25 minutes ago. Final tally: six days and three hours with no power.

I used my car to charge my phone, but it was very slow (and inefficient, obviously), so I spent most of the week with my phone power between 0% and 25%.

Anyways, back to normal life now!

Reed Sheppard looks like he will probably be the best player in this class when all is said and done. I fell into the appearance trap. I saw white kid undersized and just a 3pt shooter. Turns out this kid has pretty good ball handling skills and is a damn good athlete despite being 6'1.

I was wrong on Sheppard that I will admit.

the trap is the same as it's always been in the summer...play well - he's gonna be an impact guy, play poor - he's a bust.

imho, summer league is just another part of the growth curve. you can see who has game and who doesn't but how it translates to the actual nba pro level is tough to predict. all pundits said this was a weak draft but now folks in this thread are talking about these guys the same way as players from a stronger draft. it's fun to be excited but it's still all a huge question mark at this point.
