Trading for DFS puts the Cavs into the tax right now. As far as the Nets plans, those got ruined when Mitchell agreed to extend. If Lauri renegotiates and extends (which will happen before camp), then the Nets are looking at Ingram or throwing a max offer at Jaylen Green and hoping the Rockets don't match.
The Nets either want Okoro, or not. Either way the Cavs aren't attaching a first.
The Cavs are in the tax if Okoro just accepts his QO.
