PG- a solid player coach type vet who understands his job is to lead and mentor from the bench.
Could Patty Mills be that guy, coaches like Popovic and Spolestra have added him to there team leading me to believe he is of solid character.

Re: poll: what position should Mr. #15 be?
I can understand that there are no votes for SG (Caldwell-Pope, Harris, and Howard is a good core), and also combo-guard (every player on the roster?), but I am surprised there are no C votes.
If the Magic make a trade, many here have favored that Carter is part of that. Instantly, the Magic need a 3rd-string C then.
....
As an aside, I am not sure why RealGMers want a 4th string PG over a backup SF. Currently the SF rotation is F-Wagner and then da Silva. We can reasonably expect that da Silva will not get backup minutes, meaning the primary backup at SF will fall between Harris and Black. Someone like Cedi Osman makes more sense at backup SF over Harris and Black, in my opinion.

Re: poll: what position should Mr. #15 be?
Would not be shocked if they give it to Jarrett Culver, he is what this FO looks at to a T. Defensive first, can guard multiple positions and knows what his role would be. Crazy enough he also has been in the NBA 4 years so knows what it takes and is fighting to get back into an NBA roster. He will likely be very very cheap and for a 15th man spot, why not.
Huff will likely get the 2nd man deal unless he gets a bigger offer from someone else who is in need of a C spot.

A scoring guard.. never heard of one.

You beat me to. Kinda surprised nobody has mentioned Culver up to this point considering the need at that position. I thought he’s played decent in SL. Plays defense. Has shown he can shoot it a little. That said I like Huff as well.

Culver is interesting. 6'6 with a 6'10 wingspan, good athleticism and defense.
As a defensive wing he's an NBA player.
His shooting seems pretty bad, though.

had we not kept Goga I think Huff gets a good look, I just don't see them using the spot on a 4th C.

It's over for Culver. Can't take a two-way.

I don't understand your question. But as the roster is constructed, Harris might get more minutes at SF than SG, if Anthony and Black are to play off of each other. That leaves near-null minutes for da Silva. Is that an answer?

Interesting that "combo-guard" got zero votes. But that's what we got in Mr #15.
