Ivey is going to improve, just like Cade did from three. He had a huge stretch of games;Laimbeer wrote:I'm holding out hope on Ivey's three point shooting. Ausar doesn't even have a pulse in that area, but Ivey shot 33.6% on some volume. That's leaves hope when a guy has played two seasons on awful teams.

From three.
Cade last season also had a huge stretch of games;
49 games 1.9-5.2 .374%
People forget Ivey was completely screwed by Monty. I dont believe that the Cade/Ivey pairing can work, but these numbers lead me to believe that I could be, and I hope, that I'm wrong.
It's all going to come down to the coaching, and the sets that JB is going to run. He has extensive experience in running a scoring pair of guards, except this time they are jumbo compared to Garland/Mitchell.
Cade can actually be used to screen for Ivey, and vice versa.
I expect the pair of Cade/Ivey to easily average over 40 a game next season.
