Watching this morning. Murray is really missed during the scoring drought in the 3rd quarter. Hope he plays Sunday. Can't help thinking Wiggins athletic slashing is missed too, very frustrating. Edey would be at least getting some boards and protecting the rim. As many noted above it's really great to see Birch back and moving well and really contributing, he's an unexpected bonus.

Imagine the uproar if Team USA played on a slippery floor like this, and one of the superstars maybe tweaked a groin. They would have ended the game

Need to fix that.

FIBA allows more defense so there's that

Kind of hard to imagine the problem in the the NBA isn't he isn't allowed to play more D.

FiBA allows you to play a more physical style of defense which favors RJ. RJ is a big/ strong guard. It's more similar to 90's style NBA ball.

The NBA allows less contact so you have to have quick feet & be light/ springy to stay in front of your man. I am sure Brooks loves FIBA ball. There is a reason he looks like a star in FIBA games.

Personally, I prefer the style of basketball played in FIBA (& the NCAA).

I think team sports should have a level of physicality. It's more entertaining..

The NBA is hard to watch sometimes when the whistle is blown simply because a player was a little physical with one of It's stars. The stars have too much of an advantage..

I absolutely loved the way Shead played defense in college, but I think the NBA will ruin his game a little. The guy hae a heart of a lion. The NBA will take some of that away.

NBA rules and its interpretations favor allowing stars more "freedom of movement" which elevates the stars to artificial levels. In FIBA, you can play defense more physically which limits and helps different players. I personally like FIBA better, although I think 40 minutes is too short
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

It's a double edge sword for us, while the FIBA rules definitely benefit our perimeter defense, it also take away one of the strength of SGA's driving game. Murray is a finest player and doesn't rely on drawing fouls, it's one big weakness of his game but could play to his strength if his shot is on.

NBA needs to get rid of the foul baiting and the flopping as well.

It's maddening when a player is allowed to fake a shot and then jump into the defender to draw a foul.

Many stars can't pull off half their moves if the defense is allowed to bump or doesn't give them complete freedom. I guess if you want money though you want as many idols as possible.
