I didn't like D.J. Carton style of play. He never looks to pass and set others up.
I disagree. I think you may be confusing him with JFL.

Carton and JFL are both playing for their careers. This is typical G-League mindset.

Except Carton was a willing passer and did look to set others up.

I agree 100%
We can definitely see the upside in Chomche. Let’s not forget that he is the younger player on the court .
Definitely worth a flyer by investing 1M in him.
The reward could be tantalizing.
JKW is also only 19
Already we see some improvement between G1 and G5.
As for Walter, I don’t really look at his FG% even if I would have hoped for a bit more efficiency
But I think he create way more tonight . He was agressive at both end .
Also more importantly I think the team was better when he was on the floor .
He was +6 despite the 11 pts loss

It’s disheartening watching other teams run smooth offenses with multiple prospects popping off, I was excited for this year’s SL team and it’s just the same old story.
If we flop on offense this year, I really hope we just take jordi fernandez as coach. It makes no sense why we didn’t hire him in the first place.
He has continuity with our Canadian players who are on the raptors, can help us in future recruiting efforts, comes from one of the top offenses in the league.

Uh...Jordi got hired by the Nets a few months ago.

Chomche after that block and went coast to coast honestly looked just like Giannis. Don't know what the heck people are saying he looks 2 years away than Bruno at the same point. Bruno if you watched him play was super clunky. Chomche is a very fluid athlete. His sense on the court isn't great as he gets caught flat footed or out of position, but its improving and improving fast. He also needs to work on catching the ball and just put those mitts on it.
Walter looks a lot better today and his defense was pretty good.
It's a loss, but a good game over-all. Also, we were missing both Mogbo and Dick.

Earlier in the game Chomche also airballed an uncontested dunk.

14 shot attempts, 1 assist, 1 rebound, 0 foul shots.
I know he's trying to put points on the board, but too much tunnel vision. It wasn't a good team game for him.

This was by far his best game.
Is it me or does he look taller than 6ft5. Perhaps he's just got long arms, idk. Much longer than GTJ.

I believe 6'4 without shoe, which would be 6'6 in NBA (always round up)
