Hornets Get:
Zach Lavine
This for me is an experimental move to get the excitement level up in Charlotte by combining their exciting trio of Ball, Bridges and Miller with a player of Lavine's caliber. Imagine all the dunks and lobs with this unit
Melo/Lavine/Miller/Bridges/Williams
Micic/Mann/Salaun/Taj/Richards
Bulls Get:
Grant Williams
Josh Green
Cody Martin
They finally move on from Lavine's contract and get players that they can use to surround a young foundation or trade easily
Giddey/White/Buzelis/Williams/Vucevic
Dosunmu/Green/Craig/Grant/Smith

Re: CHA-CHI Trade
No thanks this is not the time to be experimenting for Charlotte.
This upcoming draft class has me intrigued beyond Cooper Flagg. I'm not throwing that away for Zach Lavine and a play in spot.
This a no from Charlotte.

Re: CHA-CHI Trade
i'm good. at this point i just would like to see the team run its course, and see if Tre Mann or Nick Smith Jr happens to be that guy at SG. I'm not massive fans of either one, but Grant Williams and Josh Green are both pieces we need if we're eventually trying to not be a perennial embarrassment on defense.
I'm happy to improve the team, I don't think we're tanking if Melo and Mark are remotely healthy... but 3 years of a nearly maxed Zach LaVine isn't fixing our main issues.

Re: CHA-CHI Trade
I can see the Bulls doing it because they get younger for the same number of years basically. It's not great but it's not like they're figuring on a Finals appearance this season they end up
Giddey Dosunmu Ball (Carter has to go)
White Green Duarte
Vucevic (Smith)
Smith G Williams Craig
P Williams Phillips Martin Buzelis
G Williams at least appears to be durable, Green can shoot the ball I don't get why he couldn't play more, I don't see much room for Martin. In the event Lonzo Ball can play, some others are going to sit and might as well go
They likely find contenders at the deadline looking for Craig, Duarte, Martin

Re: CHA-CHI Trade
its arguably Charlottes 3 best defenders, they can't afford to trade them away like that
