The thing about Jordan and Jokic is, they're born in different eras playing different styles of basketball. So context needs to be added as to what period of the NBA history they'd be playing in. It's like greco roman wrestling. The sport was invented in a time when modern day lubricants didn't exist, and therefore the sport doesn't require strawberry scented lubricating oils, but I like to bring them anyway. What are we talking about again?

I think Jordan would make a great sidekick to Jokic if he could hit 3s. As it is probably not many.

Depends on their teammates and coaching. But with these 2 spearheading a team, the floor is HIGH. They're a guaranteed playoff team, even with crappy teammates.

They seem like a very good guard-big combo. Jordan would probably handle in the PnR, their go to play in the final moments. He'd probably play, but a lot better, the Murray spot. I don't see MJ being a better 3 point shooter so... they need to at least be surrounded with good defenders and floor spacers. If they're surrounded by a good cast they're the #1 contenders cause they're the better duo of the NBA by a good margin.

How many... I don't see MJ being very happy here. Jokic is gonna have big stats in rebounds and assists, and while MJ might be the better scorer I can see the awards still going to Jokic. Just like it happened with Kobe and Shaq I believe MJ would get tired of it at some moment.

I'm gonna say 3 like Kobe and Shaq because of that. I don't see a very long run with both and with good chemistry.

Jokic won with Jamal Murray.

Providing for a competent supporting cast, they'd be contending every year. With that core, they'd never really have to worry about scoring, and Jordan would be feasting off two-man action with Jokic all game long. Jokic would instantly be the best player Jordan played with in the NBA, that'd be a nightmare matchup for everyone else.

I think it's more interesting in the sense of pretending it could be happening than it is in terms of the exercise of sorting out the number. It's pretty clear that Jokic and Jordan would run the league were they on the same team.

Jordan would be a downgrade from Murray because he can't shoot 40% from 3
