Ja Morant is our only hope

I’m so disappointed him and Zion are injured. Would’ve loved to see them dunking all over these teams

Bird would have won 4 rings with that team, in this weak ass era of basketball.

Serbia just can't score at all without Jokic. Anyone knows how many total points they have scored when he had been on the bench?

It’s actually an awful move, if not for this Olympics, for the future of this team. Tatum was the second option on the last Olympics team (played great as well), and now he isn’t playing minutes? It’s disrespectful. Why would he even show up next time? He should be playing at least some minutes.

Nothing awful about it. Its about winning and if youre not about winning, then the team shouldnt want you. Tatum is not Lebron and Hali is not Steph. Both of those guys are replaceable, even in future olympics/FIBA comps

Tatum and Hali are good injury replacements. Sometimes guys are at their best when they are the guy on their teams. I don't think Tatum makes much sense playing with these guys as he isn't an awesome shooter or passer.

I’m talking about just over the last few weeks included. Not just this one game. Yeah KD would easily be 2nd anyway ahead of Jokic as well.

Give Jokic the team KD Lebron has. And he would be the best player in the court. He can only do so much again this super team

Yeah, Joker is playing by himself out there.

Brutal stretch for Serbia. That was some ugly basketball.

All Euro games are like that also. I said for years how bad NBA fans have it now, NBA games are not watchable live, I can only do it if i can fast forward, nba has by far the best talent but by far the worst product from all basketball that I watch. Thats my opinion.

It's still the best product, just very heavily diluted.

I just cant agree on this. Majority of nba brodcast, clock doesnt progresses. I am not a big fan. Also rules abd officiating is not my favorite.

Lol what is this BS. They were widely considered to have the best starting lineup, at worst second to the Celtics. Get out of here with this.

Pay these dudes no mind. Whole preseason and season, these dudes were guaranteeing that nuggets to repeat.

Jokic's 2nd best player can't even play ahead of Lu Dort for Team Canada... just saying/trolling :)

Let's see, Team USA would have Banchero, Barnes, Mobley, Edwards, Maxey, JJJ, Brunson, Haliburton, probably Cunningham, Morant (but I don't think his game fits well for FIBA Basketball)... + some good roleplayers. That's nit bad at all. All of them will be better in 4 years from now.

But does that team really look as good as the other international teams? I could see France or Canada beating that team tbh. Difference between talent now and yesteryear is bball IQ. They may have talent but these players’ ball iq isn’t good

Depending on the team, I think the second unit needs more playmaking and less defense. We get away with it against Serbia.

If any of LeBron, Curry, etc played poorly in the exhibition games, you really think they would be benched? No, probably not. I get playing him less minutes than last time, but completely benched? Nah.

Tatum just isn’t that guy. If he was in Dallas and Doncic was in Boston. Dallas wouldn’t make the playoffs. A clear example of a manufactured “star” that is blanketed from criticism due to being on a very stacked team.

Now he’s here, and amongst all these great superstar players, he is the weakest link, doesn’t standout at all. Haliburton is the next guy that just is there to be there not good enough
