Embiid with bs whistle in real games? Disgusting bailout. *Layup out of bounds, off backboard & marginal contact from Jokic.

Noah Eagle is good imo. DWade is not.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I don't think Wade is great, but he's better than pretty much all other NBA players ESPN has tried to use in their broadcasts.

Durant is the hoopiest of all hoopers. Probably his biggest legacy right there.

I thought Wade did a really nice job in the Greece - Canada game, but it’s probably hard for him not to completely fawn over the US especially when some of his friends are on the team.

Claiming Jokic wanting to post up Lebron isn’t a mismatch is the rosiest of rose colored glasses. Lebron is built like a tank, but Jokic is still significantly bigger, and lebron doesn’t have the length to bother him. Jokic would just comfortably body him, take out his legs, and then hit his 6 foot baby hook over and over again. He’d do that to prime lebron, too.

I don't mind this since I assume most countries have their own broadcast as well which is basically the homer broadcast. Maybe I'm wrong.

Yea, I liked Eagle and Wade during the Greece game. Didn't see them on the US broadcast, but I think Wade's got a future if he decides he wants to do this.

That's what got me. When he'd talk about a player and say "I know him personally". Yeah we know you know them. I didn't see the Greece game. If he stops that he may be fine.

Too bad Sloukas is a douche.

Wade kept saying the same things over and over again, from the Greece game to the USA game. He’s like a video game broadcaster who only recorded 5 lines.

He was very good in the Greece game. Spent time talking about what makes certain players (Giannis) special, not what they can’t do. Had knowledge of the players, and talked up guys like walkup getting it going.

He was smooth with Ian, and had natural charisma, but didn’t also make it about himself.

I’d much much rather have him than Reggie Miller call nba games, but I’m not sure Wade wants to commit to all that.

Wade is way better than Reggie that's for sure. And he gave some nice player insight comments about how to sustain runs and why certain things happen.

Too bad Greek NT keeps disrespecting the rarest players this country produces which are 3p shooters. I'd rather watch Kalaitzakis instead of Walkup and Toliopoulos instead of Calathes. Greek Basketball Heads are D/(&×€@)$ , stuck on 90s basketball. No wonder our NT sucks all these years .... it is not defenseball you $#%$@!@ ... its basketball and offense will always have more weight than defense. I will keep saying this a million more times till at least one more Greek fan gets his head off his @$$ with the old "defense, defense defense" mentality. I know the efing roster needs some defensive forces but Greek NT & Bucks can rarely score when they face a good defensive team. Greeks always overweight the defensive end of basketball more than actual shooting. Its just a shame, Greek kids are never coached how to shoot, and taught how to defend and how to execute X&Os all his life. Greek Basketball has a huge flaw, which we have never admitted neither adress it,. Teach Shooting Mechanics to the kids you @%#%@%@.

So, in this USA-Serbia game:
in 31 minutes that Jokic played result was 81-81
In other 9 minutes USA won 29-3

Thats just crazy really.

He is an all time great, I hope people recognize how special he is. He is a seven foot tall, slow as hell, Steve Nash. But three level scorer, finishes with both hands, always reading and besting the defense, makes teammates a threat to score at all times…

Three MVPs in the Parity Era, I'd say he's appreciated. Jordan never won 3 in 4 years (Lebron won his 4 in a 5 year span).

Regardless of who you think is better, you have to admit that Giannis and Embiid are a lot closer to Jokic than Karl Malone was to MJ. The guy gets a lot of love.

I haven't seen enough thinkpieces on why Embiid consistently looks like the worst player on Team USA.

Seems to me to be a KD to the Warriors level decision to play for Team USA. Wasn't he born in Cameroon? Didn't he get French citizenship?
