Drake must have thought he was 16.

This guy runs like a gazelle up and down the court. Never seen a big move that quickly. It would be interesting to see him play in a Steve Nash, Shawn Marion run and gun offense like Phoenix had back in the day. Could be an elite rim runner.

This guy has 10+ players on the court in his trail, dunking with ease. He's so inspiring even his opponents can't help but cheer for him.

We got our Giannis

He runs two times as fast as people half his age. See if Michael Jordan can run half as fast as Ulrich now.

If you can't afford Giannis, I'll take a Temu Giannis anyday.

Its like 2004 all over again where everyone's looking for a Kevin Garnett or Dirk Nowitzki

Pretty fluid athlete handling and finishing. I’d like to see more stuff with him on ball but seems they may work with him more as a rim runner first. Get used to catch and finishing and making big man type of plays.

I have never seen Biyombo sprint down the court leaving everyone in the dust like a gazelle for a monster jam. Terrible comparison.

He is raw, but he is a good raw. Very few limitations from what I can see. Good motor, good athleticism, good length, aggressive, not afraid of contact, strong build, mentally - he seems like an intelligent guy with a strong family background and a good head on his shoulders.

Some of these "raw" arhletes lack something. They have athletic talent, but lack processing speed, IQ, motor, aggressiveness, work ethic, etc. I don't see any of these things in Chomche.

He looks like an intelligent, motivated, aggressive, athletic, long prospect that simply hasn't had high level training, hasn't had good competition & hasn't had enough reps to learn the game.

I think we will see Chomche take massive strides this season. I wouldn't be surprised if he is on the big club full time next season.

Chomche panning out & Koloko returning full-time would be amazing to see. I wouldn't even care all that much if the other draftees all bust then.

Sounds more like a taller, longer, more physical rookie Siakam on offense. He may be more like a young Jermaine O'Neil or Josh Smith on Defense?

I was thinking about Siakam comp too! The energy/motor surely checks out. He is 3 yr younger than rookie Siakam, right?

Hence why there is reason for optimism with this pick. Pennies on investment, but the return could be anywhere from 0 to allstar, like Caboclo. Well, Caboclo bombed out, maybe this one works out and we get super Pascal? At least, he is most definitely not 2 years away from being 2 years away, hence the moderate optimism.

Pensare Basketball just did a great interview with Joe Touomou, who discovered/scouted Chomche and Embiid amongst others.

I could be wrong but Honestly if you're this athletic you should probably be going in the first round. Or...start of second round. How did all the nba teams miss this guy? Didn't they see him run around in scrimmage and were able to witness his shotblocking/other skills.
