Biggest myth ever. Lebron actually got carried by his teammates in the ‘07 ECF. He scored 10 in game 1, 19 in game 2 and only 20 in game 6 on 3-11 shooting.

Dirk by a country mile. It's not even close. Dirk at 32 and a group of aged players (ranging from 32-37) took out a super team literally in their primes.
The Mavs are dead to me now.

Lol. No.

Whoa, I am shocked you disagreed with my choice...

Where did his teamates carried him? To losses? CAVS lost games one and two, maybe post LeBrons stats in games they won? Yes, in one game, he scored 20, but overall, he averaged 31.25 points in wins in a low scoring series, CAVS averaged less than 97 points in games they won...

94 hakeem.

2003 duncan

2011 dirk.

What makes them unique? Carrying a team to a title without an all star teammate, let alone an all star caliber #2 option.

If you have 1 vote it has to be hakeem though. Absolutely incredible.

Lebron leading is stupid. He definitely had carry jobs, anyone denying that is just a hater...but no team he had to carry ever won a title. Not 2007. Not 2018. Not 2009. There have been carry jobs to titles so how is his #1 without even a specific year? Weird way to put it in a poll too.

He's coming in 2nd. You also don't need to win the title to have carried a team.

Hakeem. Please go back and look. Zero All-Star teammates, the Rockets 2nd best post-season scorer averaged like 14 points on low efficiency (same for regular season, but different players) and he was beating a string of the greatest teams and players of that era.

He lead his team in scoring, rebounding, assists, steals and blocks in the playoffs.

It’s not close, imo.

I mean Otis Thorpe was still just as good as when he made an all-star team. They had good role players too. They're listed for a reason, but no need to oversell it. 94 was a weak era too.

Dirk leading this poll truly is baffling to me.

Try being the face of the league for 2 straight decades and still a top 10 player. Lebron says hi.

The way he willed his team against Embiid-Butler Sixers and Giannis Bucks were exceptional, and then going up 3-1 against the Warriors core trio with Cousins.

It shouldn’t be, LeChoke created one of the best basketball moments.

If it has more to do with the opposing teams best player than it does the guy who won the championship, then said player shouldn't be leading this poll. Fact is Tyson Chandler had almost as much to do with Dallas winning as Dirk did. By no means should Dirk be even receiving consideration. But it goes back to my point that 90% of the people on this site never actually watched the 2011 Finals.

Jordan in 98 doesn't deserve consideration either if we're being honest.

Dirk was amazing, and will continue to lead the poll, despite your hurt feelings or idolatry.
