Garp about to show why they call him "The Fist"

We still have like 10 more chapters to adapt before we get back to Luffy though. Egghead arc was good until the cutaway starting with Shanks v Kid, but from that point on it really kicked into overdrive. Legit gonna go down as one of the best One Piece arcs of all time.

yeah I know. Goku Started as a child and will end as a child.

I see mad fans hating on it but I like the art style and its potential since is going back to its martial arts roots.

Been watching Dragon Ball Z Kai on Blu Ray this last month and I love this version of it. They need to a do Kai version to Naruto

Yeah I think it's a fitting way to go out. There's still more story to tell but there's a lotta legal battles happening right now in Japan between the author's estate and the companies who were making billions off his work so this is probably the last DragonBall anime we get for awhile.

The fans who are mad will be watching in October with the rest of us

I would be absolutely down for a Naruto: Kai

It should end here since it was his last approved works imo. He wasnt even that involved at first i read, but he caught the bug once they came to him, and went all in on it. It must have reignited his spark for it. I saw some of the chatter about the battles in court. Its sad.

He's been involved with plotting the last two films and as you said once they came to him with Daima he went nuts. I can't wait to see it.

The DragonBall Super manga is also his last approved work, he let his understudy Toyotaro handle the art and story but he still had final say, and they have enough content to revive the anime for that as well, but from what I read the legal battle is going to get ugly. They supposedly planned out ten years worth of story but he's gone to rest, so...

At this point I am fine with Daima being the end. It sucks because I've been a DB fan since I was 12 years old but the author is at rest and I don't want anything new being made that wasn't guided by his hand.

I’m thinking about watching Super but I don’t know. A lot of fans diss it, and from some of the clips I seen ….the tone of it seems not as serious as DBZ. A lot of people say the writing is subpar.

I was going to come in here last week and ask fans what they think of Super.

Super starts off slow and the animation is really bad in the first several episodes. You're better off just watching Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods and Return of Freeza movies. Then skip to the Universal Tournament Saga.

Tbh, I didn't start watching DragonBall Super til the Goku Black Saga came out. That's really good and then it leads into The Tournament of Power which is like nearly 70 episodes of non stop fights.

So basically Super starts off really terrible and ends really strong.

I'll wait then. My cousin is a big 2K addict so I'll wait to see him stream it...I don't preorder anything without a playable demo.
