I don't care that much but I don't really see the point of those.

I don't either. It's hard for me to see them as a useful merchandising draw for the NFL, which I'd guess is the reason for them to create the alternate color schemes. Next up, purple jerseys wih silver helmets and orange pants? :D

Awful. Just get rid of these horrid color rush jerseys once and for all. You can sell merch AND actually make better looking jerseys, but it's clearly a balance that the league has nowhere near figured out yet.

They're fine. I mean, they're just white jerseys with green and gold trim. It's an impossible combo to screw up.

Besides, they've been wearing blue and tan throwbacks for years. Those are actually ****.

It does bug me that the stripe on the helmet doesn't match the stripe on the jersey/pants. Either get rid of yellow completely or put it in the helmet. But besides that they uniforms are fine, boring to me but fine.

But I can't reiterate enough how dumb it is to have a "Winter whiteout" on Oct 20 for a noon game. Do it for Thanksgiving or for the Dec 23 MNF vs the Saints. Whiteouts can look really cool in primetime(see Penn St). I truly do not understand the timing of this

The reason to do it on October 20 instead of Thanksgiving or December is it's much easier to wear a white tee or sweatshirt to a game. No one is going to go out and buy a new white winter coat for a football game.

Then don't call it a winter whiteout when its not winter. A whiteout during a day game is so lame. There is a reason Penn St always does theirs at night

It'll probably get flexed anyway. Two playoff teams from last year, Stroud vs Love, etc. The other Sunday and Monday night games that week are Jets at Steelers, Ravens at Bucs, and Chargers at Cardinals.

Riddell used to (maybe they still do) release a new collectible helmet each year. None of them have ever been used in a game though.

Making it prime time would be much better although Monday night games can't be flexed yet at that point so the only option to flex it would be to Sunday Night over Jets/Steelers, the 49ers & Chiefs also play that day which could also be flexed if they wanted too.

Idk, maybe I'm alone, but marketing a "winter" game for Oct 20 either way is dumb. And then if it doesn't get flexed and they did a white out during a day game that would also be dumb. That said NFL marketing plays have been dumb alot in recent memory so this isn't anything new, just the first time it's directly involved the Packers.

I always wanted a real green and gold uniform for the Pack. Kind of like the one Norte Dame sometimes uses.

White ones are fine/good.

I agree that the blue/brown throwbacks are ass. Throw those away.

Send him to specialists in Madison that have working with Watson and Stokes. See if they can help

Kicking competition is going to be intense. Tie goes to Carlson but they aren't tied now. Hopefully there are lots of opportunities in the preseason games. Not the same as regular season or especially the playoffs but better than practice reps.
