If the Pistons can become a play-in team in the next 3 seasons the Knicks will get a late lotto pick

That lotto pick can be a huge difference maker rounding out a roster than has limited flexibility

He’s not the player you want next to Brunson. Incredible talent though. Obviously the Knicks shouldn’t say no, but he isn’t leaving them and the Warriors would ask for very young or future assets in return, of which we have none left.
