Good for Whitaker...what a finish.....and I can't' believe Nia Akins didn't. She clobbered everyone at the trials. She started too slow...left too much ground to make up.

I should be rooting for Lyles but I just don't like the arrogance and showboating. Congrats though. Super close race.

Damn, watching that, I thought Lyles got 3rd. When he was cheering I was a little confused. He really has to finish strong to take those. Kerley with 3rd. What a race.

I was cheering more for the other USA guys, but I'd rather him win than anyone else.

Ridiculous. I already counted him out after yet another bad start. Didn't think he could run down Kishane who is built like a truck.

Defies every logic how he can get that body faster up than Noah who is pretty lean.

I kind of agreed with what he said, even though I know all the best worldwide players play in the NBA. Heck, I think Pop said it once. But of course the USA will win the world championships here...or should.

Wow, it really looks like Thompson messed up at the end by not leaning forward enough. He probably could have put up a 9.78 or maybe even a 9.77.
