Grant Holloway looked like he was casually jogging the last 25 meters of that race and still no one could catch him. There is no reason he shouldn't dominate in the finals.

We really have some of the best ever in pretty much all our hurdle events. Rai Benjamin, 2nd best ever, Sydney, best, Grant Holloway, dominating, and then in the women's 100 meter hurdles I don't know if we have a favorite, or will win a gold, but I think Masai Russell and Alaysha Johnson both have a good chance of medaling. Masai has a killer ending to that run..once she gets going.

Would you rather Noah Lyles win the 200 and take the double gold? Or Kenny Bednarek win so he can get his gold too? Or Knighton? I wouldn't count out Knighton and he will be our dominant sprinter in the next decade. He's only 20. His very first race this year was the trials and he beat Christian Coleman for 3rd.

43.4 is ridiculous considering how far was he behind on the last 100m.

Bryce Hoppel and Rai Benjamin can do the unthinkable. Which is USA winning gold in every event from the 100 m to 1500 m for the men.

Damn, Quincy Hall digging DEEP. He looked like toast most of the way. Very surprising Michael Norman did so poorly. He ran a 43.45 in college in 2020. He could also run the 100 and 200. He's run a 9.86 100 in 2019 and a 19.7 200 in 2020. You'd think he was in his prime.

He was just so dominant in the 100, 200 and 400 4-5 years ago. Could do anything. Would have been in the thick of the 100 this year at his best when he ran a 9.86. Then a 19.7 in the 200 and a 43.45 in the 400. You'd think he would have improved considering he was so young.

Hobbs is a little bit tired after the 1500 m but Hoppel is in great shape this year.

I have no idea if the women can place in the 10,000. It seems like historically, Ethiopa and Kenya have the longer run events. But that olympic trial races was one of my favorite endings. I don't even usually like the long races. But they were crazy. The women's 5000 came down to 2/100th of a second in the US trials. But the 10,000 finish was more exciting in the last lap. It would be awesome if they can compete, but I feel like Parker Valby will definitely compete in the years to come.

It's also crazy to me the Heptathlon isn't even starting until tomorrow with 7 events to finish by Sunday. I'm looking forward to seeing Anna Hall.
