No he's smart. This is the new NBA, great players in their prime don't just get to walk away in free agency anymore. They secure the bag first, sign a mega deal than ask to get traded. That way it's a win win for both parties. The player gets the guaranteed money or close to it and the team gets to bring back some assets when they trade their player.

Definitely. Ainge wouldn't turn down any deal with Chet coming back and Presti wouldn't offer him to begin with. Sounds pretty bunk to me.
