They have been speaking up in my neck of the woods for sure whatever that is worth. Most of us are sick to our stomach's they brought McCarthy back first of all. I already made my feelings clear on this back in February. Especially when Jerry told us he wanted McCarthy to clean up game management issues and penalties and then gave us all the impression that last year was at least championship game or bust. So it was a total shock to all of us when Jerry brought McCarthy back after the Green Bay loss. I know Quinn was putrid in that game as well but Mikey boy has had more than his issues getting his team ready to play in big games.
I know I was ahead of the game 3 years ago when I posted Dak was not the guy. I feel he reached his ceiling 3 or 4 years ago and most, if not all Cowboy fans in this neck of the woods have finally come around to it the past 2 years. They still want Parsons and Lamb signed but I can honestly say I can't find a Cowboy fans that is excited about moving on with Dak. Every time his name is brought up they start looking down, shaking their head or rolling their eyes.
The other thing, which is great news for me, is Cowboy fans up here are finally starting to realize that Jerry is a total buffoon. So I'm not sure at this time how all this will turn out.

People seem to be doing more than just talking this time though. Fans are not showing up to the practices. That means concessions aren’t being sold and all the other ways Jerry makes money during camp aren’t happening. Now there are some fans showing up but it looks like more than 3/4 of the fans didn’t show up this year. People are just tired of the **** from them.

Now I don’t know if this will continue into the season (doubtful) but it’s finally good to see the fans taking a stand (financially).

If you remember correctly, me, you, Otis and some other posters discussed this at great length in the other forums we used to belong to before joining here 9 years ago. I remembering us all saying it would take the fans, not showing up and making some kind of financial to Jerry's end to wake his incompetent ass up. We kinda saw this coming years ago when we were in salary cap hell back then. Its a relief to finally see the new generation fans waking up to what we always Knew Jerry was 30 years ago.

I also just saw the clip where Parsons is calling out Mazi. If Mazi doesn't get the finger out, he might not last long in Dallas and its looking more and more each week he is looking like a bust.

I remember some fans were saying mazi smith is better than Jordan Davis. Is mazi already a bust? Wow

Dallas should just avoid drafting DL who played for Michigan.

I didn’t think it would actually happen though. I would still love to see it happen during the regular season but at least the fans are showing their frustration.

Possibly, can’t hit on every pick. You can only have so many All Pro’s.

This has the same feeling we had back in 87 & 88. Been a very long time since things have been this awful on so many levels.

You have to kind of get the feeling Jerry was purposely inactive during free agency . The better the season the more he’s gotta pay Dak . Which would be poetic justice if he has a great year anyway . I’ve come to hate Jones so much I’d actually say a SB would mean more to me in terms of spiting Jones than my actual lifelong love of this team .

The typical camp hype of Cowboys young players has a new meaning this year . Typically you hear about all these guys killing it in camp and you think .. well maybe he can add some great depth or be an upgrade somewhere. But now these guys are going to be starting lol it’s for real this time

Do you really know who's in the best shape going into the season? The relationship between the Egals QB and Head Coach. :falloff: :falloff:

I was surprised they kept Sirianni. They should've hired Belichick or gone after Macdonald. Ben Johnson probably would've taken the job & been an upgrade.

I agree. I think they should’ve moved on. I’ve done a 180 on sirianni. Thing is I love him when things are going good but when things start to fall apart it sounds like he turns cancerous. That being said, I have my full trust in Jeff Lurie. He will make the moves that need to happen and the fact that sirianni is still in philly tells me that Lurie still has some tiny bit of faith in him and his plan to turn things around. Whether that is misplaced or hopium, we will see.
