It's actually weird seeing how much Tatum hate there is on this board. Tatum is one of those players that doesn't say the wrong things, doesn't ruffle feathers, supports his teammates, doesn't play like a dirty player, doesn't act selfish (publicly) etc....

I just don't get it...But I also don't get many sentiments on those board.

Nobody is crazy enough to say replace Lebron he is the playmaker SF that is by far the MVP of this team at this Olympics.

Problem Kerr has bought the media hype of Ant who is the sloppy master of turnovers and not getting benched. Booker sure has taken well to a roleplayer role but since when is he, Ant and KD untouchable?
There is no logical basketball reasons for not playing Tatum with Lebron, Embiid frontcourt. KD is lightyears away from the 2021 level.

Just doesn't make any sense other wise. Say what you want, but if you think Tatum should be sitting 2 games at the Olympics- after his previous efforts at the Olympics show how good he is there- then you're a hater.

That has nothing to do with Kerr. It has to do with hierarchy and Lebron’s Olympic send off. Things like that are preordained.

Is it jealousy of him playing for a winning team since rookie season while most haters are fan of joke organisations like Charlotte or hating on Pelinka, Buss types in Lakers?
Is he just the symbol, to hate because Boston won too many titles decades ago? He is the star player of that organisation. Like the 100s of playoffs wins, performances wasn't accomplished by him but he was carried to everything. :roll:

Kerr feels so guilty and pressured to play Tatum in the gold medal game, that he puts him in, and his minutes are such a disaster they help France win the game.

Yeah no one hates Tatum. He’s a good dude, and a really good player. Celtic fans are just getting their panties in a bunch because they can’t comprehend the fact that he’s the third best at his position on this team.

He hasn’t played better in the Olympics than most of those players you mention. Maybe he’s better individually but that doesn’t mean anything, it’s about how much better he’d fit among rest of the players too.

Actually, I'm questioning Kerr's choices about how he's defining positions.

Oh you mean like how Derrick White gave up multiple 3s against Serbia and even a 4 point play? Not to mention countless bricks. Or how about Anthony Edwards and his trash performance and lack of passing skills? Or how about Bam Adebayo bricking 3s in a close game? What did Jrue Holiday do against Serbia to warrant tick? That's right. None of these guys were impressive. Tatum is better than at least 5 or 6 of these dudes like I said.

He is the most versatile player in the NBA and can adequately defend 1 through 4. Try again.
