As for the gold medal, it was an NBA Western conference win. The Eastern conference didn't have much to do with it, thanks to Kerr's substitution patterns.

kinda crazy how this summer's team didn't dominate more than the 2020 team with Javale McGee, Keldon Johnson, and Zach Lavine.

It's interesting that the core players were Steph, LeBron+AD, KD+Booker - from 3 teams who had horribly disappointing seasons.

Jrue was really the 6th core guy. I would have loved to see a Tatum lead the team but I'm happy to see 3 of our guys get a gold to go with the ring, to watch some thrilling games, and even see "old friends" like Yabusele shine.
