Correct. Because no other team had Jordan.

Take Jordan off the Bulls and they become just another team. Still solid, but none of his teammates were leading the bulls to any titles without Jordan. You know… the way Wade led the Heat to a title without LeBron…

Jus fax

Yeah.... and the other Big 3 of Kyrie, Delly & Mozgov that carried Lebron to a chip.

Exactly lol Mozgov was Jokic before Jokic lmao

Also let's take off Pippen off the Bulls and Jordan would have zero rings aka 1-9 in the playoffs before he played with him :D

I am going to assume that Westbrook, Davis, Howard, and Carmelo will eventually be inducted into the nba HOF. If that is the case were the 33-49 21/22 Lakers with James, Davis, Howard, and Carmelo a superteam? What about the 43-39 22/23 Lakers with James, Davis, and Westbrook?

Why even take the time to ask rhetorical questions you already know the answer to?

Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, and Dennis Rodman were all playing at their HOF level during their bulls run.

If 3 HOF players is a superteam why not? In fact, i dont think either of those teams were a superteam….i was making a point, context matters was the point….

Serious question:

If LeBron wins another ring and wins Finals MVP & Also plays in the 2028 Olympics and also wins Olympics MVP
Again. What does that do for his legacy
Bronny will become Murray 2.0

Give me a break. If Lebron didn't like the team being formed, he would have gone someplace else. A big part of why players signed there is to play with Lebron. It's very clear the impact the he had on forming the roster.

LeBron never quit on his team and retired because he was a addict and gambler.

Lebrons Longevity and Beating a 73-9 team & Winning Gold/Olympics MVP at 39yrs old will never be topped by Jordan

Lebron quit on teams many many times. Why do you think he switched on teams so often and colluded?

Nobody gives a **** about the Olympics, especially for team USA that is massive favorites every what. Lebron will never win defensive player of the year and scoring title in the same season

Jordan didn't lose anything by the USA winning gold unless Jordan bet on the field which, knowing Jordan, is a distinct possibility.
Only 7 Players in NBA history have 21,000 points, 5,750 assists and 5,750 rebounds. LeBron has double those numbers.

i personally think, that this is just completely overblown. did he know wade and bosh were gonna sign? yes! Did they talk before they made the decision? most likely yes.

But thats probably it. I dont think you could say, that was a roster handpicked by lebron. also i didnt hear lebron complain, i assume that was what you were originally saying. as far as i know, he owned up to his shortcommings and overcame it.

and im not even saying lebron is the goat or anything. i sometimes do to egg on the MJ stans for fun. but the way everybody dismisses lebrons claim is a bad loook for the mj camp. painfully obvious, that his claim is legit.

He picked specific players that you could only count on one hand that were available. By no means does that indicate that he should have won every single year. That’s a silly argument.

LeBron’s played out every single contract he’s ever had while never once requesting a trade, something even Jordan did.

Stop with this nonsense.

If 3 stars is a superteam, then outside of Jordan’s rookie year, he only lost to superteams in the playoffs.

1986: Bird, McHale, Parish
1987: Bird, McHale, Parish
1988: Thomas, Dumars, Rodman
1989: Thomas, Dumars, Rodman
1990: Thomas, Dumars, Rodman
1995: Shaq, Penny, Horace Grant

I said three HOFers sir

Okay, so then in 1991, 1992, and 1993 Jordan wasn’t on a superteam, and in 1998 one of his hall of fame teammates only played in 44 games and had a back injury in the finals and his other hall of fame teammate was 36, skipped practice to do WWE during the finals, and washed out of the league afterwards.

And if you want to include HOF players then Jordan went against 5 hall of famers in the 86 and 87 playoffs.

Also, who played with more hall of fame players?

LeBron had Wade, Bosh, and Ray Allen in Miami.

Kyrie and Kevin Love in Cleveland.

Anthony Davis, Rondo, and Dwight in 2020.

Westbrook, Melo, Dwight, AD, Rondo in 2022. (Deleted a tweet encouraging people to keep the same level of energy up about criticizing his team’s age and won 33 games… Jordan won with the oldest championship group ever in 1998, having the only game in Finals history where 1 player outscored all his teammates, and with Pippen only playing 44 games. Lebron has never won a championship when his #2 only played 44 games.)

The Bulls had HOF George Gervin on the bench in the 1986 playoffs and Jordan could still not win a single game against Larry Bird. The only time Jordan beat Larry Bird in the playoffs it was when he was head coach of the pacers

By that logic LeBron had HOF Shaq in 2010, HOF Ben Wallace in 2009 and 2008, and HOF teammates of Westbrook, Melo, AD, Rondo, and Dwight in 2022 and couldn’t make the playoffs.

Jordan retired because he won 3 championships in a row, something that Magic and Bird never did, and felt he had nothing left to prove. Also his father died. And Stern was all about making the league money. There’s no way that he would ban the league’s most marketable player and we’d never hear a leak from anyone saying it was due to gambling. There’s nothing illegal about gambling.

Lebron for sure has some impressive accomplishments that Jordan doesn’t have, but I’ll take the guy with 6 rings, who is undefeated with homecourt advantage, who was arguably the best player in ever playoff series he ever played in.
