Wondering now if we've looked into signing YurtQuad, Cinqo de Yurtle or Trey Yurt

This is the story of the Summer. Other teams saw the Knicks success and starting paying or staff and players to leave. :nonono:

I was wondering which team was doing this, but saw it was the Mavs, and that explains so much.

I remember watching him play at NC. He was pretty much a goon lol. Didn't even know that he was part of the Knicks organization. As far as him being involved in the Dante and OG acquisitions, I'd be curious how specifically. As a director of international and pro scouting he would pretty much be "involved" in every Knicks roster add or subtraction so it doesn't necessarily point to some unique skills. In fact it's interesting that his Wiki page doesn't even mention the Knicks or any involvement in the team in any capacity. Usually if he was a noticeable part of anything you'd think that it'd be mentioned. And yes, it's the same Makhtar Ndiaye.

So after poaching all of our players, they just wanna start getting the juice right from the berry.

Kinda scary, but when you do well, other teams are going to make moves for your staff.

He seems like a good player, a good option to compensate for part of what we lost. We really got nothing back to replace iHart, so if nothing else, he is a viable body.

If they feel that he's a significant enough upgrade over the backups they have I'm sure. Question is, is he (a significant upgrade)? He's a 7 footer is his biggest asset right now. A look at his advanced stats says that he's a net negative on both end of the floor whereas Sims as least shows a positive on the defensive end. Yurts has more on court experience in the past 4 years than Sims but that could just be situational.

Yurtseven on defense makes Kanter look like Tim Duncan. He's a 4th big at best, his offense is his strength and even that's not that good, his defense is absolutely horrendous. He's just a body if everyone else gets hurt and our season is over.

I don't know much about him outside of the raw numbers and the highlights. He appears mobile though which is usually a good sign...

Brunson bringing up Mitch getting the hammer thrown down on him when he was the one who got cooked off a screen that led to the dunk is nasty work

Not sure about his weight issues, he did look noticeably bigger when he came back from surgery.
