There are a range of contract decisions the Spurs have to make in this upcoming season which I wanted to discuss (Note: I have taken the information on current Spurs contracts from Spotrac)
Chris Paul - Think there is very little chance he comes back for another year unless Castle proves to be a bust.
Tre Jones - Think only one of he or Paul comes back and might be neither. His price will be the key question.
Bassey - Unless he proves he can take Collins place, he is gone.
Mamu - Stopgap until a better 4 is drafted. Will have to prove he is a legitimate backup.
31 October 2024 - Rookie Contract Extensions
Wemby - No brainer
Sochan - No brainer
Branham - Will be extended but will be traded at the deadline if he does not show better effort on defense and improved shooting.
Wesley - I think will be extended simply to act as a backup option if Paul and Jones get better offers or are not extended.
29 June 2025 - Two Way Contacts
Ingram - Will be extended as Spurs typically give their 2nd round picks at least 2 years to prove it.
Minix - Continue on two way
Duke - Will not be extended if he hasn't forced his way on the 15 man roster
Bouyea - His time as the steady hand on the GLeague team is over and will be replaced by Nunez next year
1 August 2025
Champagnie - This season is his last on the roster unless he has proven to be the backup 3
Sissoko - He may have one more season after this but will be cut if he hasn't proven if he can be a league average shooter

Outside of extending Wemby and Sochan, the rest of these guys are throw away players.
If Paul works out and isnt injured more than he plays, he may be signed for another year.
Jones might also stick because he's cheap, not because he's really that good.
I am concerned after your spelling this out with how many worthless players we actually have on this roster. (Worthless meaning lacking any trade value)

I think you are being harsh. These players are all bench or reserve players. Most of them are deep rotation players with the exception of Branham and Champagnie and even those are likely to get less than 12 minutes a game this year.
None of these players are likely to get you a 1st round pick but they are perfectly fine trade filler to get better pieces.
Essentially we have 8 rotation players:
Wemby/Collins
Sochan
Ingram/Keldon
Vassell
Paul/Jones
Castle/Ingram are rookies who will be given rope.
Every player after that is in prove it territory this season. That is why having lots of picks next year is a good thing as it is a deep draft and I would not be surprised if the Spurs end up with 2 first rounders and 2 second as there are a lot of holes that may need to be filled.
