Pape Sow was on his way to all-nba until he broke his back

Clearly defense is the difference between winning and losing for this team.

Let’s talk about Sonny Weems though! I liked his game.
I think we can all agree we collectively had a Sonny > DeMar phase. Money Weems baby!
This is hilarious because i swear i was on of them. I just remember Sonny looking really good and actually thinking he may be better then DeMar. It wasnt until one moment, i witnessed Demar get possessed by the mamba mentality that settled it for me. There was one game raps were down atleast 30-40points some crazy like that. Whole team looked terrible, then sometime must of been during the second half i seen Demar just fix his face and drive to the basket and just dunked the ball or had a crazy finish. Then rest of the game he just drove and finshed at the basket. Think he ended up with like 37. They still lost by a tonne but I think that the moment it clicked for him cuz from then on, he played aggressive and started to take strides to being the teams best scorer. This was even before he had the mid range. - With all that being said i think i do remeber weems being a way better shooter at the time. Weems was actually money that probably contributed to me thinking he was actually better
MONEY WEEMS!

in lebrons rookie year when the cavs played the raptors, Pape swatted lebrons dunk attempt and the face lebron made was priceless, like he had never had anyone meet him at his apex and get the block.

I remember lebron dropped 40-50 that game or perhaps it was another. We put Pape on him and it made little difference lol.

I always had a thing for pape’s & pop’s hustle…
I also had a thing for young James Johnson, I can remember him shutting down Blake griffin one game, and thought he was so underrated

I really liked JJ too. Solid all around and pretty talented. Ultimate glue guy at the 3-4 we kind of lack. Always found it weird he never broke out even when he improved his shooting to average behind the arc in Miami. Something about him behind the scenes coaches just didn’t like I feel.

I too am a big Sonny Weems fan. Memory fading as to why, I just remember that I really liked him.

And... here it is.
Next week, "How would Uros Slokar fair in the post Curry era?" and "Roko Ukic will be the next Ginobili if he played in the 2020's."

POP SOW prevented Lebron from dropping 60-70.

Still can't believe the Raps FO passed up on Cenk Akyol and Alex Acker to use the 58th pick on Slokar!
Both the Hawks and Pistons pwned us till this day!

I think Cabbie asked him about an alias and he said he used "Joe Jeazy" or something? Loved Money Weems!

Sow Da Pape should’ve been his nickname.
