Yeah, I don't have a huge issue with the list, but in particular, not having the Christmas dinner episode as the best for The Bear is certainly a choice. As is choosing literally any Season 8 episode of GoT as the best (like, c'mon).

Rolling Stone almost exclusively makes bad lists so I was surprised at how little I found to quibble over.

I was expecting to watch that and make fun of you for liking that show, but that was actually pretty good.

Warrior is awesome, though I think the first season was the best.
It's been fun thus far. My favorite character may be Chow. Season 2 has been arguably more engaging and/or "serious." Sucks to hear the show was cancelled.
Another show that was entertaining that hasn't been renewed is Citadel. It got mixed reviews but I thought it was fun (and good lord Priyanka Chopra).

We here at Chonestown HQ will simply not speak ill of any vehicle featuring Fox River Valley's favorite son, Tony Shalhoub.
Embrace your roots, Dafoe!

I was so unbelievably delighted to find out Mr. Shalhoub was from Green Bay.

His episode of Finding Your Roots was good. His family had been in Green Bay for several generations.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.
Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

First time I saw him (I think) was as the cab driver in "Quick Change", which is incredibly underrated. Highly recommend.
Barton Fink too. Outstanding. Love that guy.

I'm also still laughing at Dracula getting in the mix. So good.
I wouldn't try to find some way to put it on Coppola when it was clearly some dolt that thought AI could do their job for them.

I'm not putting the AI part on Coppola, but he's a control freak, this project has been gestating for 50 years, and I think there's a strong chance the strategy was his idea. If he can hang onto a movie idea for 5 decades, you know he can hold a grudge. I *like* that part.

Slow Horses is excellent.

Strongly agree with "Forks" over whatever the Christmas episode of the Bear was called.
Incredibly difficult undertaking of course.

"Fishes" is an incredible watch but Jamie Lee driving a car through the living room is a bit much.

Re: OT TV and Movies (Please use spoiler tags)
Lists and rankings are usually stupid. But the “best tv episodes” was fun and really well done. There were much better Simpsons episodes, that’s my only pushback.

I honestly didn't care for that episode much. Waaaaay over the top imo.

I love for you guys that you've never had a profoundly mentally unstable relative. I could have seen my grandmother doing that.

Congrats to all you guys who grew up in perfectly stable, emotionally healthy families and think that episode was over the top, because I guarantee you it hit differently for a lot of other people lol. But that's the thing with TV/Movies that's always gonna be subjective. Personal and lived experiences define what we relate to and what we find believable.

Re: OT TV and Movies (Please use spoiler tags)
It is reasonable to think an episode of tv was too intense, without getting called out for having an overly sheltered life.
