This guy moves slower than molasses. He will be fine offensively but can one learn to become quicker when defending?

I mean really that’s a lot of nice highlights for a few games. Kid looks alright.

I'm probably the only one who'd watch it, but should have a Summer League lowlights video to go with the highlights one.

I think Baylor's place should be in the G-League for adaptation, at least for his first season and train harder. I think he is NBA material, just not ready yet. I wouldn't say he's a raw diamond, but he can be polished to the point he can be a rotation piece. For God sake i hope he ain't a RJ Hunter 2.0.

1:38 in this video was one of my favorite of summer league. Springer is locking down on Jaquez on the perimeter. Ware picks Springer off Jaquez and Springer follows Ware into the post, drops behind him and quickly fronts him to steal the ball. Springer brings the ball up, briefly fakes an exceleration like he's going to drive, but quickly makes a pass right into Scheierman's mitts. Scheierman drains an uncontested three.

I hope Springer and Scheierman have a chance to develop some chemistry together. Their skills are really complimentary and thet can make each other look good by playing to their strengths. Maybe later in the season we'll see them in some real games together.

Rico's position isn't a necessity the way Watson's is IMO with the big club. If Watson shows out in training camp his size could help the frontcourt where as Rico's isn't needed because he'd be behind JB and Sam. Not too many minutes at SF to go around. Getting in games the way Oshae, Stevens and Banton did wouldn't help Rico IMO so the G-League is the way to go IMO.

If anyone needs to put in the work its Scheierman.

Not much of a game though lol. Luckily for DWhite, Baylor Swift is a rookie so can't talk too much ****.
