I don't think the team looks bad. At first I was trying to figure out who you took with the 4th pick, but now I guess it's Hurts. Typically in a 2 QB league I wouldn't take a QB that early, but with 12 teams and 2 QBs, they will go WAY faster than our 2QB 8 team league, so it makes a lot more sense. I probably would have gotten one of the top 3 RBs if they were there or possibly Hill or Lamb, and maybe gone next best RB/WR with 2nd pick and QB with 3rd, but I don't think it's bad. I think you have solid RBS. Your weakness is WR, but with 12 teams it's not as bad. I really like Drake London who I think is the #1 with Cousins now, an Kirk and Sutton are fairly solid. I'd have to see other rosters to fully evaluate though.
Also, having Deshaun Watson as a 3rd QB is a good move because not all teams will have 3QBs and I imagine no one has as good of a 3rd QB as you do. Even if everyone took 2, that only leaves 8, so if you have 3, there are 7 left, but I imagine some of them are taken too. So barring injury and if you don't have 2 QBs with the same bye you will be able to utilize superflex with QBs the whole time with solid QBs, and most others won''t be able to.
