That's a real bad loss for Philly. Wow
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Its crazy how Philly can swing between looking like one of the best teams in the league to a bottom tier team week to week.

That 14-3 season is looking more and more like a wild outlier as time goes on. Even more funny that Hurts was ever seen as any sort of believable MVP caliber type player. He sucks.

You really believe Hurts sucks? He ran all over them and had a pretty good game. If not for Barkley dropping the easiest pass in the world, that's a win. I don't think he's an MVP caliber guy, but sucks....he does not.

"He sucks at being a QB" is more accurate. He's a hell of a running back though.

Hurts threw all over us last week. He's pretty good and can be a bit inconsistent, about par the course for the top 10ish guy he is. Doesnt always gotta be suck vs. amazing. He's just pretty good, and yes Hurts wins them that game if Barkley doesnt drop an absolute gimme.

A few games of interest. Two Monday night games. They overlap.

Texans/Vikings - Texans have squeaked by 2 bad teams. Queens have looked good. Need Texans to win this one

Chargers/Steelers - Both 2-0 but neither is all that good IMO.

Eagles/Saints - Underachiever vs. Overachiever

Bears/Colts - Boring game but need Indy to win

Ravens/Cowboys - - Both crapped the bed last week.

Lions/Cardinals - Potentially a fun game. Go Cards.

Chiefs/Falcons - First road game for KC.

Jags/Bills - Jags need a win badly.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Seeing Philly lose after the circle jerk in the booth with Kelce for the Tush Push TD was satisfying.

I said at the time, they could have traded up for MHJ or Alt.....could have drafted Fashanu to protect Caleb. But no they were so busy laughing at the Falcons for drafting Penix and getting Odunze "FOR FREEEEEEEE!"

You have all of that draft capital, trade up and either get the best LT in the draft or the best playmaker in the draft. Odunze could be good, but imo he won't be anywhere close to MHJ/Nabers and Rome won't be as good as Brian Thomas Jr.

Every time they have a bad game I will go back and watch this video.

It's way too early to write off Rome. He's gonna be awesome.

They remind me of the jets last year. Everyone was going crazy about their weapons but they just ignored the line. Obviously rodgers got injuried right away, but that injury saved him from a ton of hits.

I'm not writing him off. Just saying there were many other options and if they really wanted another wr without trading up for MHJ or Nabers, would've been smarter to get a LT to protect Caleb and trade up from the second to get Brian Thomas Jr.

It's just funny they were celebrating so much to land Odunze

Interesting read on how insurance policies offer cap relief to teams when they're exercised:

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/41274295/nfl-insurance-policies-star-players-aaron-rodgers-tua-tagovailoa-jared-goff-joe-burrow-christian-mccaffrey

The Packers are apparently a team that regularly buys insurance policies for its pricier players, including Jordan Love.

This is so gross. Detroit's had the most success they've had in literally decades, and fans think it's cool to harass he and his family after losing the NFCCG? I hate people.

Detroit Lions coach Dan Campbell is selling his suburban Detroit home to get more privacy.

"There's plenty of space, it's on 2 acres, the home is beautiful," Campbell told Crain's Detroit Business. "It's just that people figured out where we lived when we lost."

He didn't elaborate, but Fox 2 in Detroit reported that Campbell's home address was leaked to the public and he and his family became the victim of pranks and harassment after tough Lions losses, including in the NFC Championship Game. The Campbell family has filed police reports, Fox 2 reported.

This my first time really watching the Jets this year. Rodgers looks great.

Return to Green Bay Packers
