It's been so long since I've seen competent QB play that this feels like the best performance I've seen a Jets QB have
C- Turner | Wiseman
PF- Hunter |Clowney | Fleming
SF- Strus | George
SG- Bridges | Dick | Bogdanovic
PG- Haliburton | Sasser

That looks like a bad leg injury for Moses. Walking to the locker room on his own power at least. Fashanu in.

Some of these penalties are so stupid on the Jets' part. Shows a lack of discipline.

For a short week, that was a great game.

Saleh blows and Douglas is a poor GM.

Cool to see you keep the same energy in other sports. Consistency is comforting.

Wow. What a difference a real QB makes. Have we EVER watched a QB of this caliber control the game like this? I'm staying with my daughter recovering from surgery. Her and her boyfriend are Jets fans. We have watched all three games. Wearing the same gear the last two. Having fun!!

From right before the half last week to now is night and day from anything we have seen from our QB in years! It just doesn't seem real. Do I dare to get excited and hopeful? I REFUSE!! PROVE IT!! I will watch with cautious optimism and, we're gonna try to do the weekly games at my kids house from now on. I have not been interested in this team for like 6 years!

First time we have had 3 TDs the first three games since 1989!!
First time we have had 3+ sacks the first three games since 1985!!!
First time we held the Patriots to 3 points since Moe Lewis sacked Bledsoe!
Forest home win against the Patriots in NINE years!!

I like a LOT of what I see out there! Braelon Allen is gonna be a problem for opponents. What a find. He's UDFA? The OL looks good. Breece hasn't shown out yet but, he's doing Breece things. Mike Williams getting into his thing. Will Mac IV? I can go on but, whatever. I like this team so far.

The last time the Jets were this entertaining to watch was during Testaverde's first season with them.

Not in Philadelphia. The Mets-Phillies game was on Fox in Philadelphia. I texted my buddy in North Carolina what channel the Jets game was and he told me Amazon Prime. :dontknow:

That one-two punch of Breece to Allen is crazy. Breece is so shifty and it seems like the first tackler bounces off Allen damn near every time. It feels like the Giants old Thunder and Lightning combo with Tiki Barber and Brandon Jacobs, but with modern upside because they both caught the ball so well last night...Breece has WR hands.

The exciting part is this 10-day bye should help a lot of these guys keep rounding into form. Mike Williams is rounding into form nicely. Chuck Clark has been better each week, and just snatching the ball out of Stevenson's hands was awesome. DJ Reed and Michael Carter have both been playing through injury. If Moses' knee is bad, Fashanu has 10 days to prep and suddenly looks like a wise decision by Douglas.

And God forbid they work something out with Reddick. This defense could go to another level if CJ Mosley heals up and Reddick shows up. Though, I'm not holding my breath for Reddick. It gave me some hope to see Ulbrecht switch things up and use more blitz packages this week.

The other thing that has me very hype is that the Tight Ends were KILLERS this week. Ruckert started things off by running over a CB and Conklin spent the whole night killing NE up the middle of the field. I had Conklin pegged for a big year, so the first two weeks were seriously disappointing.

I am watching with such a heightened nervousness every play! I see a bunch of good things coming together each week on both sides of the ball. It really shifted gears right before he 2nd half on Sunday. There's a long list of players that are showing things.

A few injuries right away is really inviting the SOJ demons to creep just under the surface. :o I really wish they could bring Reddick into the fold. What a shyt show.

Overall I am really pleased and enjoying the gradual improvements so far. I want to see it against better teams. I can't help but, be very nervous about the excitement. Womp womp.

The next big step is definitely to show up and beat the better teams in the league. As long as they handle business against the Broncos, the Bills game is going to feel MASSIVE. Saleh and Ulbrich have done well against Allen so far, but it's a very different defense this season...though, the D-Line has somehow managed to keep pace with the New York Sack Exchange so far.

I think the two things that surprised me most last night is the time of possession and Rodgers movement outside the pocket. His movement looks just as good as his last few Packer years.

Lazard also looks revived with Rodgers as well.

That's where some of the nervousness comes from. He is the key to everything. Without him it's gonna take Tyrod Taylor turning into Jeff Hostetler as the Cinderella team situation plays out. I'm not here for a WC 1st round loss. SB OR BUST!!
