Yeah he's a take the offseason and try again next season guy. I don't think he's shown that he can he on a playoff roster right now.

Many of us wanted to avoid the D-Backs in the playoffs last year, and a few people told us we were being cowards and it shouldn't matter who we play. Thoughts on that this year?

Have not gotten to see much of this series, are we lowkey tanking? Or are the D-Bags just taking it to us? I don’t really want to go into the playoffs on the heels of like a 3-7 stretch, but also get not much to play for.

I don't think tanking as much as taking a breath. Contreras and Chourio sat out last night (Chourio pinch hit). They have nothing to play for and Arizona has everything to play for.

Many batters are streaky (Adames for one). Have a good series against the Mets next weekend (who will probably have something to play for) and hopefully go into October 1 ready to go. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
