And there it is...Oliver saving Man City again.
Absolute disgrace.

Corruption in plain sight.

City looked completely bereft of ideas and Arsenal had sat in well, no idea how that happened

Red card pretty much determined the match.

Either City was going to win or draw.

Gabriel could have scored two on corners.

I guess not having Rodri hurt City's defending in corners.

Painful ending but great result against the Abu Dhabi Premier League.

I don’t get the Foden hype.

He's so important to them, the moment he went off Arsenal grew into the game and eventually scored 2 goals. Kovacic is a decent player but he's not comparable in terms of what he brings in general play.

Yeah the red card came in like the 7th or 8th minute of injury time -- there were only suppose to be 6 minutes.

Then also a long injury time at the end of the second half.

What did you guys think would happen? They fly out Abu Dhabi Oliver midweek to the Emirates to eat good and get his pockets stuffed and ref some games.

Last year he let Kovacic get away with 2 red card offences and it was justified as "They didn't want to ruin a game of that magnitude"

Sending off players for this crap is just anti football. The rice one at least is reasonable. Trossard is booked for kicking it towards a breaking Martinelli milliseconds after the whistle is blown. There isnt even a restart to delay , city are going to take time and set up their FK. It's match fixing man

Bad officiating. Arsenal deserved a few more yellows.
It's time for 5 refs.

After the tying goal did Haaland chuck the ball of an Arsenal dude's head? WTF? I feel stupid for asking this, but did the ref doing anything about that?

He did indeed chuck the ball at Gabriel's head. No punishment.

Arsenal and Liverpool fans are in agreement. Last season at Anfield, Doku kicked Mac Allister in the box. Oliver waves it off. Game ends 1-1 in a match LFC controlled.

Lost count of how often "lucky" Manchester City has been over the Pep years.

Positive is we have taken 7/9 points away to Villa , Spurs , and City and are done with those games. Calafiori had a little bit of a tough time but settled well and the guy is GOOD , so much quality. Easier part of schedule now for a decent stretch. Timber is a big help too , glad he's back that was a big blow last year

Here's to hoping the red cards ease up. We are one step away from a player getting sent off for not tucking in his shirt

Calafiori though was the one who got beaten by Saviano who set up Haaland for that first goal.

Tried to challenge Saviano around the middle of the pitch and Saviano dribbled by him and had a free look to make the through pass to Haaland.

Understand the anger, however, if Arteta doesn't have a word with his players to leave the ball that's on him. Control what you can.

Don't get me wrong, I actually thought this one on Trossard was farcical considering how bang-bang it was from whistle to kick. And yes, the consistency in the league by these refs is beyond ridiculous. But at what point do you look in the mirror?
