James Edward says hes coming out with an article on it tommorow and he says in order to get him it's gonna involve trading Mitchell Robinson. Stewart is nice but I don't think he is worth giving up Mitch

Yeah, it doesn't really seem much better than playing precious

rather wait for someone else - but mitch is dead. i don't have much hope in him contributing to the team going forward. respect the hell outta him for helping us win a couple series. he was key in the Cavs one. but the injuries are stacking up and this one being lower leg is real concerning. so if we can move him for an average C i'm game. under no circumstance can we head into the playoffs with our current rotation of precious and sims.

Beef Stew would fit in really well here. A really strong defender and he's really improved his 3 ball recently. He's also extremely physical and imposing presence. Also born in Rochester, NY.

Just don't know how the salaries would match. I guess Mitch would have to be involved but also not sure what DET would even do with an injured MItch or if its a 3 team what kind of trade value mitch has.

It could be. Or, if they have something in the works behind Door #3 like the OG trade last year, it could be mitigated. I can't imagine they don't know C depth is an issue.

Yeah I'm thinking that a trade is in order. Leon can't be comfortable with just Precious and Sims at C.

I doubt this caught them by surprise. They have to have been working on a deal.

Either the deal they had in mind is not happening or it is still going to drop.
