Celtics were 21-4 without KP last season because they had Al Horford to fill in at C.

In the finals ...Horford started and played big minutes while KP came off the bench.

They need to make a deal now. If not for someone like Nick Richards then at least a vet free agent that can log some minutes in a rotation.

We can get by with Jericho and Precious until Mitch gets back. Hopefully the playing time Jericho gets and with the coaching he’s gotten from Mark Bryant and Mike Bibby the kid can take an IHart/Deuce type leap.
I also like how Jericho and Precious defend the pick and roll and perimeter bigs, something Mitch had trouble with.

We're about to watch sims play major mins in a season the knicks have a championship window and people are acting as if we're too good for Javale.

I'll pen a letter to Leon and let him know your opinion about adding Javale.. I'm sure, he'll bring it up for a vote, in his next staff meeting. :wink:

I respect the bravado but the Celtics are not the only team we have to get through to win a championship.

i was into signing him as our bench big and letting ihart walk before the offseason but he ended up getting snagged early (by a rival) and ihart ended up walking anyway
