I'm a bit in shock.

The biggest thing I take from this. They think Duece is ready to be a break out player and a big time piece.

I don't think you start Hart...I think you start Duece.

Kolek/Hart/Precious is the bench right now.

Duece guards POA as well.

Maybe Randle's injured shoulder had something to do with it the timing as well. I guess they figure its riskier for him to show up and not look good for 2 months and have 0 trade value then to get this deal done now.
