Personally, I really like restricted pools. The games become very unpredictable!

This pool wasn't that restricted. I'm not seeing many starters we don't see at least time to time in other games. It's lighter than a fully loaded draft, though.

It is absolutely restricted for a 2000s to now draft. The reason you've seen all these starters "from time to time in other games" is that we've played like a billion games.

Looks like this thing is pretty loaded - did you consider allowing just the season a player won MVP and his teammates? That might need a longer time frame, or maybe for a future game.
