It is little crazy but in his last season, if he's done well, he's still a big name, lots of talent as a shooter at least, and a big salary. Plus as the Knicks move to that last year or so, they'll open up more 1sts to trade. Not that crazy. Little crazy.

so we traded with minny for kat who they wanted off their books. and we're gonna send him back there for ant in a few years. and it's only a little crazy. is this what you're telling me ?

oh trust me i’m def not kat’s biggest fan… but the talent is undeniable.. and a change of scenery/circumstances might help him reach his potential. i don’t see the point of constantly **** on the trade before seeing it on the court

i'll give it a chance but he's the one guy i really really didn't want. it just seems like one of those trades that the knicks do that'll just screw it all up somehow.

Knicks traded their picks bc they knew if anything happen, they can trade all their star players and get picks back or just keep flipping guys. This may work.

Not it mention a few young players who can develop who knows. Knicks are stacked.
