Get this guy out of here man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah. It’s time. Thought he’d mature, but he’s just become dumber, fatter and more injury prone.

do the Knicks have any assets left? I know bridges trade took most of it.

Not much. We have Mitch. WAS FRP some 2nd rd picks. The rookies. Trade rights for Rokas. That's about it unless some lunatics want to trade Deuce.

i wouldn't consider MItch an asset. If he's healthy, Knicks would be better off to just keep him. If he's not healthy, no one really wants that.

If one of the rookies pops, i would look to move them for established vets

IIRC, Precious can't be moved this year.

I'm pretty sure Precious can be moved at the deadline.

Your pov on this trade boils down to how much you think Towns is better than Randle.

Context wrote:On to Indy...we would have swept them if OG remained healthy- end of stroy bro. You want to talk to me about Boston ok but the burden of proof is on Philly to beat us next in the play-offs. We get credit for beating them last year. As far as Indy is concerned
they want to hang their hat on our depleted team that they beat- I'll beat anyting we kill them this year.

Ignoring the Philly part because like you said we beat them.

OG didn't remain healthy. OG played 50 games last year. He played 48 in 2022 and 43 in 2021.

My whole point is that yes they beat us depleted, so as a team why would we make ourselves MORE prone to injury?

We lost Hartenstein, can't help that. We lost Burks can't help that. We upgraded Bojan to Mikal, great. Why are we giving up two pieces, one that played 81 games last year and one that's missed under 10 games a year for every season but his rookie season and last year, for an injury prone player while knowing we're already down Hartenstein and Burks, our depth has gotten worse, and we don't have any real way to replace them since we're hitting the 2nd apron? If KAT was like a 26 ppg guy where healthy he'd be a guaranteed top 10-20 level player I'd get it, but he's closer to top 50 than top 25.

We'll see, but seriously this is some absurd levels of giving CAA guys money and deals at all costs.

It’s also about fit. How this opens up the floor, and Towns’ ability to play the 5.

Towns is a worse player and that much will become very clear to people who don't already know that in due time

so many people are going to eat their words about randle

My bet? He found out they was shopping him, and it's Mitch, so they told him stay home so he's not bitching and moaning and weakening his already weak trade value because we all know his ass not happy. Hartenstein was a threat to him, KAT is a replacement.

which makes him mad corny for posting it. Only he truly knows, but he also knows he playing some kind of game as well. Its an obvious sign of lack of maturity here.

Nah I hate his contract.

Let's just admit there's a lot of reasons to not like Towns from his contract, to his defense, to his injury history, to his postseason underperformances, to his perceived softness and bad fit in hypercritical NY.

Y'all wanted Thibs fired until mid last season and he's the best coach we've had in 20 years.

Did any of the usual suspects still crying even go to sleep???

Okay, it's been an entire weekend of whining and complaining, but it's time to let it go and move on. What's done is done and that's a fact. Either get on board with the team we have, or go join the Timberwolves forum so that these threads can go back to real discussions as we get ready for a new season. No more sad bytch and moan sessions that will change nothing. PLEASE!

LET'S GO KNICKS!!!

PREACH!!!!!!

I will say there’s no real reason to hate on Mitch. He plays hard. He’s doing what he can do basically. He’s putting a lot into being an effort player and he did slow down Embiid. Throwing bones to sham.

I thought iHart’s decline is one or the major reasons we didn’t finish off Indy.
