These are HUMAN BEINGS we're sliming here.
I told you all along that Trezz went from 6MOY in the spring [@ $6M, one of our lowest-paid] to a complete basket case in The Bubble. Because the most important person in his life DIED. DID YOU ACTUALLY READ THIS POST??? Trezz's actual words?
Poor fellow. His mind fell apart and all you can do is spit on him??
And you DARE call Trezz a "degenerate?" I don't even know what that means. He smokes too much pot? tf
This is posted to give everybody a window into Trezz' suffering. No, he wasn't the perfect player but frankly as a 6'8" center with no other discernable NBA skills, he won the 6MOY on effort alone. I wish him well.
Frankly, it's hard to find the good guys here. Just like Lob City, everybody was right, everybody was wrong. That's what tragedy is all about. Trezz is a more tragic figure than most. He gave his all and walked away with next to nothing.
At least PG got PAID.

Why bring up Trezz when you know this is going to happen every single time and then on top of it all act surprised at the comments? smh

Some people see themselves as the Opinion Police - A Forum Overseer of sorts.
They’re here to tell us what to think and say at all times. Very often these types are loud and wrong (about almost everything and about all the time).

I just think it's funny because it's so predictable. I was right about Trezz and PG too. And now that PG's gone, people are only too happy to psss on his grave as well. So it goes.

But to get back to the actual topic, mostly, I'll stand up for Trezz. I toldja all he was an emotional wreck when his grandma died, his most beloved person on earth. It's years later and he's still just barely coming to terms with it all. Yes, we can agree on one thing--he never should have tried to come back to The Bubble. Kawhi and PG had already voted to leave, they didn't want to be there, and Trezz had every excuse in the world not to try to play.
Calling him a "degenerate" is totally unfair. To return to topic:
"OK, time-out — I'm simple. Real motherf--ker. That's why a lot of people, I think, don't like me. At the end of the day, everybody's out here in between these lines because we're trying to, one, feed our family, but, two do some s--t for the team, for the organization, for the city. Real talk. I came back to the Bubble for this, after having to bury my grandma in the ground, bro. The person who raised me, the reason I play this game. I was so f--ked up mentally, more than I even knew. Alright, with that in mind…. I told P right then and there, in front of coaches and everybody, "I will knock you the f--k out, bro. You're trippin'. You was wrong, bro. You're WRONG." I can look back on that now and realize I went too far in the heat of the moment. I realize this is a business and you can't talk like that to the star player. But when you're going through grief, you only see what's right in front of you. And it was just all bad from there. We lost in the second round to Denver, in seven games. The next summer, the Clippers sent me a text message saying something like, "Thank you for everything you did for us … but, we're going to go in a different direction."
This franchise has problems, but I think it starts at the top. Trezz just took the fall, along with You-Know-Who.

Frankly, it's getting harder and harder to cheer for a Ballmer team. Sterling was a pig and made no pretense of it. You could just ignore him and cheer for the team. Ballmer is a much sneakier animal.
