Re: Bulls should be trading Vuc for Mitchell Robinson
GS doesn't do this.
Knicks might if they don't trust Robinson to get back healthy but don't if they expect him to be 100% later in the season/playoffs.
There's not really a market for Vuc. At this point his best role is as the stop-gap center for a rebuilding team that hasn't got it's long-term starting center. So his best fit is with current Chicago.

Re: Bulls should be trading Vuc for Mitchell Robinson
These trade ideas which list Vucevic as an asset should really stop, because he is not a good player anymore. He's inefficient, he's now a bad defender, he's never gotten it together as a perimeter shooter, and he turns 34 on opening night. The Bulls have been worse with him on the floor for the entirety of his tenure in Chicago, and his decline is likely to continue. Even if it doesn't, he isn't worth his salary. At this stage of his career, he more or less provides nothing beyond scoring close to the basket and some minor interior playmaking.
Losing Looney for Vucevic alone would make the Warriors worse. They don't need Vucevic's offense, but they do gain from Looney's defense and overall hardnosed style of play. Adding Moody, who remains a trade asset, would just add insult to injury.

The Bulls are in a weird spot where I'm not sure there are buyers for Ball%LaVine/Vooch.

Bulls need to bite the bullet and move Vuc to the sixth man role like the Cavs did with Love.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

If the Knicks are looking to dump Mitch for an expiring then GS would just take him for themselves.

This is no more than a Bulls fan wet dream, and why are each team doing this trade. What CHI should be doing is to try to
pawn of LaVine to LAL.

Re: Bulls should be trading Vuc for Mitchell Robinson
The idea of Robinson on the Bulls is a good one, The downside is he is injury prone, now everyone can line up and say how Vucevic is a walking corpse on the floor but he's durable so the Bulls haven't needed a 3rd center.
Full stop on this because the Bulls can't afford to give up Torrey Craig and be short on a veteran at the PF and they really can't absorb 2 more guards into their guard GLUT. Giddey, Lavine, White,, Dosunmu, Carter, Ball, Duarte, Hunter Tucker, 7 of the 8 under contract, do you understand glut and you want to add Moody and GP2?
bad deal
