Good job Myers
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Good job not giving up anything there although I think he got luck with a ball to Nimmo called a strike.

My heart sank more than it should seeing Turang botch that. I thought defense was the one thing that this team would be able to count on no matter what, and it's been a trainwreck this series.

Tobes looks good. Bit of a gift on that 3-0 pitch, but nothing egregious.

Ah so Contreras has a pretty obvious knee injury

Gotta get Contreras out. Let him heal if he's hurt and put in a hotter bat (Mitchell).

Wish we could have gotten 2024 Adames to show up instead of 2023.

I agree that Contreras shouldn't be in there. Should have saved him for a potential PH opportunity at most.

Didn't like the bunt look from Perkins. Wasted a strike IMO.

I continue to be annoyed that they don't attempt more steals. Alavarez can't throw these guys out, can he? Stealing second is practically a free base for a guy like Chourio.

Vets have been no shows. Screw free agency next season, might as well just fast track a few minor league bats and let them take some AB's. Kids are the only ones producing so far.

He threw out Mitchell yesterday, so perhaps they're more cautious than they normally would be.

I hate when these dudes show bunt and give up a pitch, absolutely goofball stuff.

Saw on twitter that Tobes has a sub 2 era with Sanchez, so that’s why he got the no despite his splits. That said, idk about Murphy’s obsession with horrible hitters in the 5 spot.

I know I was exaggerating when I said it was a free base, but still... it seems like a plate appearance is usually only about a 35% chance of getting on base, and it's usually just one base, whereas a steal attempt with a fast runner is like an 85% chance of gaining a base.
