Did I see a message about Covington? I checked the chat but there is nothing there

Over a decade ago, Gokce/Curtis/Istanbul and I met in the semifinals (the last time I got anywhere near the finals) and it came down to the last day. I chose to start the wrong people and ended up losing by a hair...Over a decade later, we get the rematch, but this time in the finals. Good luck Istanbul Run N Gun! (though you may not need it with my roster stacked full of injured guys).

It's been going for over 2 decades, so yes, this league will continue. And we don't usually drop people. If you were in last year, you're usually in until you drop out

Ok, cool, I wont drop out, its just I am relatively new to fantasy, and for a few years it seemed like I put a decent team, but man, I do not, I was 18th. last year, tho I made some nooby mistakes, not putting active players in and stuff. But I was drafting, I was active at the draft, do we have sense when draft will take place, I hope I didnt miss it?

Looks like we drafted close to the season start last year (Oct 22nd), so likely in the same time frame. We used to do offline slow drafts before, which I thought was great to fill in the offseason while we wait for the NBA season to start, but needs a lot of commitment from everyone which is one of the reason why we don’t do it anymore.

Didn't we start the conversation about a slow draft at the end of last year? We used to use Fantrax or something like that...and I'd be up for it. I like a slow draft better than a fast draft.

I'd be interested in joining as a GM if there are any openings. I've been playing fantasy sports since their incarnation, but I have not participated in fantasy basketball since 2008 (although I follow the NBA yearly).

I have 2 championships in fantasy basketball, one in '03 and another in '08. Please let me know if there is any availability and what would be expected from me as a GM. Thank you.

I'm certain we've played in a league together...can't remember if it was this one or not. I think we only had 18 last year, so there's certainly room.

The default behavior is that we dont know until draft loads. The commissioner can set a particular order at any time before, though, and then we would see that.

Once we have the league full, I will run the draft lottery on https://fftoolbox.fulltimefantasy.com/draft_order_generator.cfm as usual. So you will know your draft spot well before the draft and can prepare accordingly

guys I'm sorry I'm out for this year, snake draft especially in a 20 team league doesn't cut it for me anymore. Also the banter on the boards have ceased to exist in the last few years as well. It was a great 20 year long run, good luck to you all.
