In 13 minutes.
He might be starting if Randle was still here

I know people have been speculating that it’s Mikal with the bench but I wonder if it’s going to be towns? I feel like it makes more sense line up construction wise. I’ve always left like Mikal was more of a 2/3 and not someone that can really play the 4. Plus Sims hasn't really shown out that makes me think he’s worth minutes and I’m not sure how happy Thibs is playing precious at the 5. Now the bench unit can be Payne, Deuce, Shamet, Precious, Kat. It makes even more sense when Mitch eventually comes back. If you’re going to run that jumbo line up at all, might as well make it happen against bench units.
I think that 3rd quarter sub of Deuce then Shamet is one of the rotation looks.
Hopefully in the real season they would continue to stagger starters after that and not torture us with Sims, Precious and Payne
Wonder if that makes the rotation too complex? Always trying to have 2/3 starters out there at all times. Might end up with too many line up compilations that might not work. Also probably want the starters playing together as much as possible.

Didn't care for the trade because of emotional attachments to the identity/chemistry/continuity of last year's team. Oh well. I totally get the reasons that led to the trade though. I am here for it. As sloppy as it looks being brand new, there are some good things happening out there at the same time. Patience is needed. When they get it rolling, the league is in trouble.

What was the deal with the garden court this game I saw way more slipping than I think I ever have....lazy court guys not getting all the sweat spots? Unusually humid conditions that had condensation spots popping up? Divo leaving puddles of tears about not being part of the Knicks Nova boys anymore?

They will stagger starters with the bench. I doubt we see many minutes of Deuce/Cam/Shamet/Precious/SIMS out there. If Mitch comes back it will be even easier to stagger the rotation.

With our depth of scoring that may be all you need. There will be times certain guys will be deferring to the hot hand or the better matchup. The only two guys that will eat continuously are gonna be KAT and Brunson. Bridges and OG are 3 and 4. That means some games Bridges or OG might crack 20 and other he might only have 8-10 but fill up the box score other ways. I think both will average between 14-18 pts a game.
Something like:
Brunson 24-26
KAT 22-24
Bridges 15-18
OG 14-17

So apparently Bridges has changed his shot and he has a hitch in it? Even Ant noticed yesterday.
Why would this dude change something that was working?

Bridges is elite. He’s still got another all-star gear.

Poor Frank...will now forever be used as the forum 'ikina' suffix for an insult towards a player until the end of time...
Although, anyone using it for Mikal is either trolling or saf...

he's ironically struggling to play with brunson right now but i have no doubt they'll work out the chemistry. he and hart have been symbiotic from the jump. i was most of all glad to see the chemistry between him and towns is already there.
i think these nova guys all need a phonecall from jay wright lol they got GQ'd and then aller'd and seem shook up by it
