Which team has the most promising young core?

1. Oklahoma City Thunder – 60%
2. Orlando Magic – 20%
3. Houston Rockets – 10%
4. San Antonio Spurs – 7%
5. Detroit Pistons – 3%
» Last year: Oklahoma City Thunder – 73%

I am surprised San Antonio isn't higher.
Meanwhile, I can't argue against the top 4, we are at best 5th with Detroit, and Portland isn't that far behind.

OR: 3 of these teams have finished their rebuild, 1 of them got the best prospect in a generation, and one has been tanking for half a decade.

But you do you.

Pop robbed us in the Poeltl trade but he got too cute trading away the pick. Wemby needs players to develop with him. Even if he thought the prospects were middling in the draft, I still think it was a risk worth taking (the only "risk" is taking on a little bit of salary and the player not panning out). A late lotto pick in 6 years isn't going to do them much good.

Maybe he just did it to make Masai and our fans feel better.

Since when though has quantity of talent led to more success than individual talent in the NBA? Very infrequently.

I would have picked him #1.
Can’t believe some of these GMs passed on him.

As for purtle, I like him, but please... he's not championship caliber... even as a Homer, I won't say that.
He's a good centre ... not top 5, which I define as championship caliber...
